Welcome to the personal website of Jules Martial Yin-Belta Mbara

I am Jules Martial Yin-Belta Mbara, a doctoral researcher in computer science specializing in industrial cybersecurity at Université du Québec à Chicoutimi (UQAC). My work focuses on designing trust architectures for industrial digital twins, IIoT systems and distributed cyber-physical environments.

I am particularly interested in blockchain, IPFS, artificial intelligence, federated learning and the resilience of industrial systems. My goal is to develop solutions that strengthen the integrity, interoperability, auditability and governance of data and decisions in critical digital infrastructures.

Beyond research, I am also involved in teaching, digital transformation and the deployment of resilient technology infrastructures, especially in contexts where security, cost and access to skilled expertise are major constraints.

On a personal and professional level, I am a hard-working, proactive, rigorous and persistent person. I place great importance on listening, open-mindedness, teamwork and knowledge sharing. Curious and adaptable, I enjoy environments where I have to quickly understand new problems, propose concrete solutions and collaborate with people from different disciplines. I also make a point of maintaining an approachable, positive and respectful attitude in my professional relationships.

I remain fully open to scientific, academic and technological collaborations, as well as interdisciplinary projects in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, distributed systems, digital twins, IoT/IIoT and critical infrastructures. I am particularly interested in collaborations that bring research, experimentation and the real needs of organizations closer together.
